Made In Wirral

Over summer I took part in ‘Made In Wirral’ a creative collaboration of workshops on:

Creative writing, led by Charles Lea of Read Now Write Now,

Illustration, led by Nicola McGovern of Imagine Attic and

Performance, led by John Maguire of ArtsGroupie.

Expertly organized and co-ordinated by Kirsten Hume of Wirral Libraries, the project was funded by Wirral Council and Arts Council England and the sessions were based online, in Wirral Libraries and at the Williamson Art Gallery and Museum.

The ‘Made In Wirral’ anthology containing my short story ‘Sunrise on Lughnasadh’, a folk horror for Young Adults, is available on the digital anthology pages of the Williamson website here. Copies are held at selected Wirral libraries and the tour of the accompanying illustrations is currently at Wallasey Library.
